2. How is the UKS’s working process? Is there a minimum investment value?
Our approach is structured around four stages: analysis, planning, execution, and value enhancement. At every stage, we ensure clear objectives, effective timeline management, and ongoing communication with the client. Each project is assessed on an individual basis. We work with different investment scales, ranging from straightforward property acquisitions to urban rehabilitation projects and more complex business portfolios. Yes. We support our clients in structuring credit applications and consolidating loans, identifying financial solutions tailored to each type of investment. We also assist with European funding applications, securing funding aligned with the specific requirements of each investment or expansion project.
5. Is UKS a real estate agency?
UKS also holds a licensed real estate function for operations involving property acquisitions. When required, we perform this role with full transparency, professionalism, and competence. First and foremost, however, we are a consultancy specialised in investment management — across real estate, business, and financial assets. Our focus is on delivering turnkey solutions that ensure consistent results. All operations are managed through a holistic approach, supported by a multidisciplinary team.
6. Is UKS a construction company?
Yes. UKS holds a contractor’s licence for both public and private works. Our construction team is fully prepared to undertake any type of construction project, should the client choose to proceed. We also manage construction projects on behalf of our clients in collaboration with other contractors who have been previously selected for the specific operation.
7. Do you operate exclusively in Portugal?
Although our headquarters are based in Portugal and a significant portion of our investments are located there, we also support clients with international interests. We have experience in operations involving foreign investment and cross-border financial structuring. Additionally, we maintain agreements with internationally recognised law firms in several regions worldwide.
